Must Have
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support the budgeting process by gathering data, validating assumptions, and consolidating departmental inputs
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance trends, cost structures, and business scenarios
- Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast
- Partner with business leaders to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare presentations and summaries for management
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment between actual results and projections
- Participate in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of three years of relevant financial analysis with financial modeling experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support the budgeting process by gathering data, validating assumptions, and consolidating departmental inputs
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance trends, cost structures, and business scenarios
- Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast, providing insights into key drivers
- Partner with business leaders to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare presentations and summaries for management highlighting financial trends, risks, and recommendations
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment between actual results and projections
- Participate in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of three years of relevant financial analysis with financial modeling experience
- Innovative thinker comfortable with ambiguity to complete tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong Excel skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
